One day, the leader of a philosophy club is brutally murdered and killed. Kanako, the surviving member, vows to protect what remains of the group. However, her fragile resolve quickly crumbles as she falls deeply in love with one of her fellow members, Kataoka. Soon after, Kataoka suddenly wakes up and escapes overseas. At that moment, an ancient cult (swamp land) emerges from the shadows. The swamp land, disturbed by the absence of the leader, begins investigating the murder to help Kanako—but in doing so, uncovers dark and twisted secrets hidden within the club.
