Mi, a female warrior from the organization Fenix Celestial, protects Earth as the heroic Bird Guardian. The leader of the evil group Galassian, Velcuslang, orders his commander Billy to capture Mi in order to extract intelligence from her. Mi infiltrates Galassian's base and defeats several soldiers, but Commander Billy unleashes a newly developed sonic cannon that overwhelms her. Paralyzed by the weapon's effects, Mi becomes helpless as Billy advances his attack. Captured and tortured by Billy, Mi's body is then taken by Velcuslang for further exploitation. What will become of the heroic Bird Guardian?
