Kougetsu Itsuyo, a teacher at Nanpaku Academy, is actually a secret agent—Space Woman, guardian of Earth from cosmic threats. One day, a large seed wrapped in fiery meteor-like material crashes to Earth. It sprouts into a monstrous plant creature known as Planter. While investigating suspicious behavior among the students, Kougetsu discovers that one of them is under the influence of a strange pollen released by Planter, which allows it to control minds. As students fall under its spell, Kougetsu transforms into Space Woman to confront the alien plant monster.
