Sailor Frontia, aka Orange Amina, is an art student living in Hakone who secretly fights evil as the warrior Sailor Frontia. One day, a monster named Meltoinkyu begins abducting people, causing them to fall into deep dreams where they are violated by monsters. Sailor Frontia discovers that a psychology researcher, Dr. Tsukimura, has a lab near where she encountered Meltoinkyu and launches an investigation. But by then, Meltoinkyu's seeds have already been implanted inside her body at the Tsukimura Institute. The spawned Meltoinkyu grows into a giant monster called Melto Bipaa, which begins assaulting Sailor Frontia to turn her into a breeding ground.
